FAQ
Q. Can I print my tests for paper test?
A. Yes. After you enter the admin mode, you will see a button which says print. Select the test and hit that button and your test will be sent to the printer.
Q. Can I publish my tests on my web site?
A. Yes. After you enter the admin mode, you will see a button which says "publish HTML". Select the test and hit that button and you will see three new files under your default directory of C:\Program Files\testCommander\. They are nameofyourtest.html and nameofyourtest.asp and tests.html. Grab those files and FTP them to your web site. The tests.html file lists all the tests you have published. Tell your students where that file is, i.e., its web address.
Your can now view your test on your web site by entering http://www.mywebsite/tests.html (replace mywebsite with address of your web site pointing directly where you uploaded tests.html). If you wish to automate the grading process, i.e., for your students to get instant score report and for you to get an email copy of the report, you need a fourth file - testGrader.asp. You can download that file for only $18.99 (USD).
Once your payment has been received a download link plus a password will be emailed to you immediately. The file is a self extracting exe file. Double click on it and testGrader.asp will be extracted in the same folder. Grab it and upload it on your web site where the other test files are located. From now on, every time a student completes the test you will get immediate feedback of his/her performance.
Q. Are there any special requirements for testGrader to run?
A. The only requirement is that your web host (i.e., Internet Service Provider) should support active server pages (or asp) files. Almost all Windows (Microsoft-based) platforms support this files. Ask your Web host if you are not sure.
Q. How many tests does testGrader grade?
A. There is no limit. All the tests published by testCommander can be graded with only one copy of testGrader.

Q. Does the web version support exhibits, i.e., graphic files?

A. testCommander also creates a file called tests.html. The file contains links to all the tests you have published. It is located in the default directory C:\Program Fiels\testCommander\. Upload it to your web site and tell your students where it is located.
Q. How do I know a student has taken the test from my web site?
